The Hayssen ISB (Intelligent Sanitary Bagger) is an intermittent or continuous motion vertical form-fill-seal bagger built with an industry-leading hygienic design, operator-centric features and the latest in modern HMI technology.
It is engineered for wet production environments—from frozen meal kits to pre-sliced apples—and is built in the USA to meet the highest hygienic and food safety standards. With USDA Dairy Acceptance and USDA Meat and Poultry Acceptance, its sanitary design helps reduce cross-contamination risks and ensures product integrity throughout your operation.
In addition to its hygienic performance, the ISB is designed for the demands of real-world production. Allen-Bradley motors, drives, and servo-driven jaws provide reliable speed and consistent, high-integrity seals.
