About FillStar Bag Filling System
The SYMACH FillStar bag-filling systems are extremely flexible in terms of bag materials as well as bag sizes and bag closures: with side fold (gusset) or flat, PE, PE-PET, aluminum-coated, polywoven, and open-mouth paper bags from 4 kg to 50 kg. If a gusset is present, it remains intact when the bag is filled, delivering a more aesthetically pleasing end result.
The modular design allows various bag closure systems to be integrated into the mainframe, such as sealing, stitching, and pinch top closures. Changing the machine to other products and bags does not require any mechanical actions to be performed. The unique nozzle or spout is universal. The operator can quickly and intuitively set up and select formulas without assistance.
Our bag-filling machines reach a speed of 16 bags per minute. The storage unit for empty bags provides the machine operator with ample operational autonomy.
